Today started out a bit different than the past few days. Each morning while we are snoozing away the local Cambodian conservation rangers go on a sunrise run. But THIS morning we had the honor of being invited!

I will never be found on a foot pole because life happens in the mud, the blood, and the beer. Turning away from nothing, embracing everything, feeling gratitude for my messy human life. Bring it on.

Apart from writing a cookbook, having your own food truck is probably on top of many food bloggers bucket list. Luise and I have been secretly planning and dreaming about, not a food truck, but a food bike. We would re-build a Christiania bike to suit our needs and then bike around Stockholm and sell healthy whole foods like salads, soups and smoothies.

Having a Khmer photo shoot done has been on my Cambodia to-do list for quite a while now. Cambodian couples usually do this the day before their wedding and the picture then gets displayed at their wedding reception. The happy couple gets a make-over and dresses up in traditional Cambodian clothes, making them look like a Khmer prince and princess.
